The credit card provided by the time of booking must be presented at check in time. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card provided and charge the first night 7 days prior to arrival. If the credit card is not valid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Reservations in Premium Junior Suite or Mercer Suite room categories
The hotel will pre-authorize the amount of the first night to the credit card provided as guarantee. If the credit card is not valid the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Cots are free of charge for children up to 2 years.
Children up to 5 years can stay free of charge using the existing bed.
If an extra bed is required, a daily charge of 75€ will be applied. The extra bed price will be automatically added at the rate and included in the final cost of the stay of your booking.
Extra beds or cots are under request and subject to availability.
Check-in time is 15.00h. Check-out time is 12.00h (noon).
Room rates include 10% VAT. Local taxes of 6,87€ per person/night not included in rate. From 1st April 2024 local taxes to be applied of 7,42€ per person/night. Applicable for a maximum of 7 consecutive days. Up to 16 years old are excluded to pay. Taxes will be paid upon check out.
Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 12pm.
Pets are not allowed in all hotel premises. Only guide dogs are accepted.
